What LMIS is, who uses it and how to find help.
The Learning Management Information System (LMIS) is the FP&M SETA's online platform for skills development administration. In one place it lets stakeholders submit mandatory grants (WSP/ATR), apply for discretionary grant funding, register learners and track their achievements, manage training-provider, assessor and moderator accreditation, issue certificates and report to national systems such as the NLRD and SETMIS.
This Help Centre is organised by who you are and what you want to do. Use the search box at the top of any page, browse by role from the home page, or follow the Related articles links at the bottom of each article.

The new LMIS (2026) has a redesigned interface — a single top menu bar, a global search box, dashboard landing pages and grids that can be filtered, sorted and exported on every screen. The business processes are the same as the previous iLMIS, so if you used the old system you will recognise the modules; only the screens have changed.
