Sign the MOA online

The authorised signatory signs the DG MOA and annexure from the e-mailed link, with two witnesses.

Once your DG project is contracted, the SETA can send the MOA and annexure for signature online. The organisation's authorised signatory receives an e-mail with a link. The link lasts 14 days.

  1. Open the link. Type the organisation's SDL number and click Continue. Five wrong answers cancel the link.
  2. 1. Your initials — draw your initials and click Save my initials.
  3. 2. Initial every page — work through the pages in order, initialling each one.
  4. 3. Sign, with your two witnesses — draw your signature and give your Full name, Designation and the town or city where you are signing (Signed at). Each witness types their name and signs.
  5. Tick the declaration and click Sign the MOA and annexure.

The SETA's official signs next. When both have signed, the signed MOA and annexure are e-mailed to you as a PDF.

Note

The two witnesses must be two different people, and neither may be the signatory. If the link has expired or was sent to the wrong person, ask the SETA to Resend it.
