Qualifications
Qualifications > Qualification lists the SAQA-registered qualifications with KPI cards for registered qualifications and enrolments and a Top 10 qualifications by enrolment chart. Use the column filters to find a qualification, tick Display on website? to publish it on the public site, View to open it, Add New to register one manually and Export to download the list. Learnerships, Skills Programme, Unit Standard, Outcome and the QCTO pages work the same way.
An enrolment is one learner on one programme. Enrolment records are kept per unit standard or QCTO module, so those rows are rolled up per learner before counting, and a programme only counts as awarded if its programme-level record is awarded.
Records (document library)
Records > Documents opens the LMIS document library stored in the SETA's SharePoint. Browse the folders, select a file and click Preview or Download, or use Search this location…. Users with the Records module click Manage Documents to upload, move and delete files.
