Submissions — NLRD and SETMIS
Generate the statutory data files for SAQA and DHET.
The Submissions menu generates the data files the SETA submits to SAQA's National Learners' Records Database (NLRD) and to DHET's SETMIS.
- Open Submissions > NLRD (or SETMIS).
- Select the Financial Year and Submission Date.
- Click Generate Submission Files and wait for generation to complete.
- Click Download Submission Files to download the load files in the format prescribed by the receiving body.
