  2. Click View on the approved application and download the Performance Agreement. Have it signed.
  3. On the Supporting Documents tab select the document type Workplace-Based Learning Performance Agreement, select the signed file and click Add Document.

Add learners

  1. When you receive the Compliant Performance Agreement e-mail, open the application again with View. The contract number is shown on the Details tab and the approval dates can be edited.
  2. Open the Linked Learners tab. Use Search Learner to link an existing learner or Add New Learner to capture a new one (personal and contact details, then Save).
  3. With the learner saved, click Learner Agreement to download the agreement for signature.
  4. Under the learner's Supporting Documents choose each Document Type, select the file and click Add Document. The grid shows the document type, file name, whether it is required, whether it has been verified and whether remediation is needed.
  5. Repeat for every learner.

Submit for QA

  1. Open SDP > Industry-Funded Programmes, click View on the application and open Linked Learners.
  2. Check that every learner has all required documents, then click Submit For QA and confirm with Yes. LMIS will not accept the submission while required documents are missing.
  3. A success message confirms that the learners have been sent to the SETA for quality assurance.
